Women Grievance Cell

Objective

To promote a healthy working environment for all female Faculty/Staff & Students, a committee has been constituted by ABESIT. It functions as follows:

• Conducts closed door meeting with the party who has filed a complaint.
• Investigate the matter by interviewing other witnesses and the person against whom complaint was filed.
• WGC ensures that victims and witnesses are not victimized because of their complaint.
• WGC submits its findings and recommendations to facilitate speedy delivery of Justice.
