Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities Celebrated National Science Day with a theme of “Women in Science”. The day is observed as a mark to remember the novel discovery of Raman Effect by Indian Physicist Sir C.V. Raman on February 28, 1928. The National Science Day is celebrated to promote active involvement of Students and teachers in Science related activities ( Science Exhibition ,Posters& Technical Quiz Competition). All teams were awarded with a certificate of participation and a Trophy was given to both the Winner team and the Runner- up team. B. Tech. 1st year students of the Institute Participated on various scientific themes. Best three models and best three posters were selected and awarded by distinguished judges.
