ABESIT Final Year Engineering Students Selected to Receive Project Grant of UP Council of Science & Technology

ABESIT 4th year Civil Engineering students- Sachin Rajput, Jyoti Rani and Deepak Gaur- and their project guide Mr. Saurabh Dubey have become a proud recipient of UP CST Project Grant which is awarded to their project proposal “W-brick Plastic bottle filled with mixture of local soil/fly ash & shredded menstrual waste to replace kiln fired clay brick in walls, mortar tiles in footpath & blocks of concrete in road divider.”

The twin objectives of this project are to replace ordinary kiln fired clay brick by W-brick to manufacture footpath tiles and cost-effective road divider blocks and to achieve an innovative and organized waste management system for waste plastic bottles, fly ash and waste sanitary pads.
