AKTU admission to various courses offered at UG, PG and doctorate level is granted either based on merit in previous qualifying degree/ exam or rank obtained by eligible candidates in UPSEE. Admission to all AKTU courses usually commences in February every year, But Due to Corona Virus Pandemic this year admission process is little late. UPSEE 2020 has been postponed. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (also known as AKTU) has released a notice saying that the UPSEE exam which was scheduled on August 2, 2020 has been postponed. Finally exam done on September 20, 2020. UPSEE 2020 results has been declared on October 15. Candidates will be able to download by entering roll number and date of birth.

UPSEE 2020 counselling:

The online registration for UPSEE 2020 counselling began October 19, 2020. The official dates for UPSEE 2020 counselling have been released. The UPSEE 2020 counselling process will have three rounds to be conducted in online mode for all the eligible and qualified candidates. After the completion of each round of UPSEE 2020 counselling process, the seat allotment result for the same will be declared which can be accessed by the candidates. The UPSEE counselling process is conducted for those candidates who are interested in applying for various UG and PG courses in fields of Architecture, Engineering, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Management etc. at various Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) affiliated colleges.
Direct Link to Register for UPSEE Counselling 2020 This year, the process of uploading documents is online. The candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of the relevant documents or certificates.
As a part of the UPSEE 2020 counselling process, the candidates will be provided with three options, i.e freeze, float and withdrawal. Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotted to them can click on the freeze option. Candidates can hold on to their allocated seats and at the same time apply for upgradation via the “Float” option. Those candidates who want to withdraw from further admission procedure or vacate the seat allocated to them may go for the “Withdrawal” option. Eligibility for Admission : The candidate should have passed the 10+2 standard examination or its equivalent examination from any identified and renowned board with 45% marks in the minimum bracket in order to sit for the UG ATKU examination
