HR Policy
All recruitment of faculty members are done based on the requirements as worked out by various departments and keeping in view the norms laid down by University and AICTE.
The advertisements in leading newspapers regarding vacant posts are made and applications are also invited through Goggle Forms, Social Media, College website and Help Desk. The applications so received are scrutinized and the candidates are shortlisted for interview. The shortlisted candidates are communicated well in advance for appearing before the selection committee on a particular date and time.
The selection committee consists of the following:
- Chairman or Chairman Nominee – Chairman
- Director of Institute – Member
- HOD of concerned department – Member
- Subject Expert – Member
Similarly, for recruitment of non-teaching staff, the above procedure is followed and a separate selection committee is formed which includes Administrative Head besides other members.
